Booking fee / deposit
New clients – A £30.00 non-refundable booking fee/ deposit is required for new clients.
At Whitehouse Aesthetics we understand that occasionally you may need to rearrange or cancel an appointment for a number of reasons. If you need to rearrange you may do this once on the same deposit by giving us no less than 48 hours notice. If you need to rearrange after this, the non-refundable deposit will be lost and a new deposit is required to secure a new appointment.
Existing clients
A £30.00 deposit is required for all clients when booking for, Profhilo, tear trough filler and dermal filler dissolving. For all other treatments no deposit is required. I appreciate 48 hours notice of cancellation. If your appointment is cancelled with less then 24 hours notice , a £30.00 non-refundable deposit will be required for your next booking.
For appointments with multiple services a larger deposit may be required.
All deposits / booking fees comes off your treatments.
